What we collect
When you enquire about a home, list a property or subscribe to advice emails, we collect the details you type in — typically your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We also store basic technical data (pages visited, device type) to keep the site fast and secure.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiries and arrange viewings, valuations and appraisals.
- To send the advice emails you subscribed to — never anything else, and you can unsubscribe in one click.
- To improve the directory: which searches work, which pages confuse, where to add homes.
We never sell your personal data, and we never share it with advertisers.
Who sees your data
Your enquiry goes to the Marrow Lane agent handling that home, plus the systems that deliver it (our form storage and email provider). That's it. If law enforcement makes a lawful request, we comply — and tell you unless we're forbidden to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay on file for 24 months so we can help if your move takes a while, then they're deleted. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe. You can ask for earlier deletion any time at hello@marrowlane.com.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, move it elsewhere or delete it. Write to hello@marrowlane.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We use a small wishlist cookie so saved homes survive a page reload, plus privacy-friendly analytics with no cross-site tracking. No advertising cookies, no data brokers.
